CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Posters must be mounted on the morning of the first day of the poster exhibition and removed at the end of the day.

Posters with odd numbers will be presented during the morning sessions, while posters with even numbers will be presented during the afternoon sessions.

Authors are expected to be present at their poster during the assigned presentation time slot.

The poster sessions will take place according to the following schedule:

September 3
Morning session: 10:30–11:30 (odd-numbered posters)
Afternoon session: 15:15–16:30 (even-numbered posters)

September 4
Morning session: 10:30–11:30 (odd-numbered posters)
Afternoon session: 15:30–16:30 (even-numbered posters)

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

► Poster Size: Posters must be printed on 70 × 100 cm paper in a vertical format.

► Materials: All necessary materials for mounting the posters will be provided at the conference venue.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to present the poster, the poster submitter must be registered for the Congress; otherwise, the poster cannot be displayed
