CONFERENCE DINNER

Please note: the dinner will be held in the historical venue "Circolo della Caccia" inside Palazzo Spada (Via Castiglione, 25, 40124, Bologna). Being an exclusive historical sight, we remind the participants that an elegant dress code is required. For men, suit tie are mandatory to enter the location. Also remind that the maximum capacity of the venue is 200 people. Once that number will be reached, the dinner will be sold out.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. The following refund conditions apply based on the date the request is received:

• Until July 1, 2026: 30% refund of the registration fee.
• After July 1, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Administrative Terms and Conditions

Please note: For all eligible refunds, any bank charges or transaction costs incurred during the refund process will be withheld from the refund. Additionally, Avenue Media SRL reserves the right to deduct a fixed administrative fee of €40.00.
Processing Timeline: Please note that all approved refunds will be processed and issued after the conclusion of the Congress.
